What industries do you sell propane to?

Do you sell residential propane for grilling?
A: No. We sell wholesale propane for industrial fueling purposes, including forklifts and floor buffers and burnishers. Click here to learn more about Zephyr wholesale propane.
Do you fill propane tanks on-site?
A: Yes and no. Zephyr can fill your 1000-gallon propane tanks on-site. However, Zephyr’s 20- and 33-pound propane tanks for your forklifts and/or floor buffers will be swapped out on a regular schedule rather than refilled on-site. Our distributor will pick up your empty tanks when he or she drops off your filled replacement tanks and take them back for secure, safe refilling. What if I need cages to house my propane tanks?
A: We can absolutely get you new, secure, key-lock cages that meet and exceed all requirements of the law! All you have to do is click “Yes” to the question “Do you need new propane cages?” on our form when you submit a propane quote request. Easy!

What happens when my tanks are empty?
A: Whether you’re a helium or propane customer, the process is the same. Our distributors will regularly deliver full tanks to your locations and then pick the empties up and take them back to be refilled. You will always have a supply of helium and/or propane ready to go!
Do I own the tanks Zephyr delivers?
A: No. You’re purchasing the helium or propane, but simply renting the tanks. There is a very small monthly rental fee, which we will provide for you in your helium or propane quote.
Does Zephyr have a referral program?
A: Yes! Individuals that refer helium business to Zephyr can be rewarded with a substantial payment! Certain conditions apply. Click here for more information on the program.

Does Zephyr sell anything other than helium and propane?

A: Absolutely! Zephyr is a wholesale supplier of helium as well as a designer and manufacturer of balloon decor products and equipment. We make our own high-quality line of helium regulators and electric air inflators. We also supply everything from our patented Arch & Column Kits to Cylinder Transport & Safety equipment. Does Zephyr Solutions have any product warranties?
A: Yes- Our regulators have a two-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Air inflators have a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
How much time must be allowed for shipping?
A: Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. Custom orders generally ship between 10 and 15 business days.
Can you ship worldwide, and what are the costs for shipping?
A: We sell to distributors around the world and can provide you with freight quotes and required documentation for international customs and transport. We can also drop ship products to the freight forwarder of your choice within the USA.
